JOB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to set up appointments so Closers can lock up deeply discounted off-market and on-market properties.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working both inbound and outbound leads to uncover motivated sellers looking to sell their property for ALL CASH
- Cold Calling
- Building rapport with prospects, explaining our home buying programs, overcoming objections, and creating/anchoring buying ranges to set up Closer for a successful negotiation
- Comping, inspecting, and analyzing potential real estate investment opportunities over-the-phone
- Identifying truly motivated sellers who’s properties meet our home buying criteria then setting up appointments for Closers to speak with sellers both in-person and over-the-phone
- Entering motivated seller and property data into our CRM system
- Maintaining rigorous follow up standards
- Tracking & reporting Setter KPI’s
Payout:
$600/month with $50 bonus for every closed deal

- Extremely organized and systems oriented
- Above average phone sales skills
- Ability to comp properties in MLS and Deal Automator
- Able to intuitively build rapport with all personality types
- Willing to handle potential prospects over the weekend
- Understands what it means to be part of a team
- Ability to track important Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Knowledge of computer processing skills (Ex. Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Understand basic real estate concepts (escrow, close of escrow, title, comps, ARV, assignments, double closes etc.)
