DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review project details after launch
Learn the ideal perspective participant needed the exact targeting and screening criteria
Use social media platforms and other online sources to contact relevant candidates
Apply a more targeted approach to campaigns
Apply effective messaging for project campaigns.
Write/Send the communication to candidates for followthrough and documentation
Answer all incoming calls and messages of potential candidates regarding project process, results, profile status, etc.
Call relevant candidates if the situation warrants a call to the candidate.
Communicate to Project Managers any challenge or highlight in their respective projects.
Communicate to Project Managers any recruitment update upon their request.
Submit a report of daily activities via the appropriate channels (GC)
Report working on time.

Qualification:
Must have B2B experience
Experience in managing US/UK/CAN clients
Experience in Cold Calling
With Lead Generation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
With Lead Generation experience
