Podcast Producer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Podcast Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the post-production process of our podcast, ensuring high-quality audio and video content. You will work closely with our host, who will provide recorded episodes and files via Google Drive.

Responsibilities:

• Edit podcast episodes, including audio enhancements and adding subtitles
• Edit multi-camera video recordings, focusing on the guest who is speaking
• Create a full-length video for YouTube
• Extract and edit audio files for podcast distribution across all platforms
• Produce 8-10 short video clips for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
• Upload episodes to our website and Transistor platform
• Create SEO-friendly titles and descriptions for each episode
• Develop social media content to promote episodes
• Ensure timely delivery of all podcast-related tasks

Requirements:
• Proficiency in using Transistor and Riverside
• Strong audio and video editing skills
• Experience with multi-camera editing
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with SEO and creating engaging content
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
