We are Smith Law Firm, based in California, an employment law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services. We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Buyer to optimize our Facebook advertising efforts and enhance our online presence.

Job Description:
The Facebook Ads Buyer will be responsible for purchasing and managing Facebook advertising space to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. The main goal is to generate leads that result in form submissions or calls for intake.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the purchase of ad space on Facebook.
Write compelling ad copy and create effective ad strategies.
Utilize videos and other multimedia content to enhance ad performance.
Analyze advertising data to determine cost-effective ad placements.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to meet ROI expectations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with firm goals.
Focus on lead conversion from ad to landing page to calls/form submissions.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Facebook Ads Buyer, preferably in a legal or professional services context.
Expertise in managing Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong copywriting skills and experience using videos in ads.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
