JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Virtual Assistant

Ginger Square Media is a dynamic property media company (Real Estate Photography company). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality media services to our clients and are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team.

The pay will be $5 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Checking of Media:
- Review photographs, videos and other media for quality and consistency
- Ensure all media meets company standards before delivery to clients
- Provide feedback to the production team on any necessary revisions

Media Delivery:
- Efficiently deliver completed media projects to clients
- Ensure timely delivery and proper organisation of files
- Maintain accurate records of delivered projects

Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule and post engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Client Outreach:
- Identify potential new clients and conduct outreach through email and social media
- Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients and follow up regularly
- Assist in creating and sending marketing materials to potential clients

Qualifications:
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tools for content creation and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in quality checking media or related tasks is a plus
- Familiarity with basic marketing and client outreach techniques
