My name is Chris. I run ---------- , a B2B lead generation agency. I need an expert cold email campaign manager and lead specialist to scrape lead lists and manage multiple campaigns.

You will be responsible for gathering targeted business and personal contacts from Apollo, Smartleads, and Sales Nav, and adding them to our Google Drive and campaigns. If the campaigns are not performing well, we will need your input to help us understand why and determine the next leads to target. You need to have a thorough understanding in managing cold email campaigns using a tool like Instantly or Smartleads. Additionally, we need you to track leads to total emails sent, bounce rate, etc.

The position will start part-time, with a guaranteed 20 hours per week; your hours will increase. You will only need to be available 7-2 pm PST daily, but you'll primarily work independently.

The pay is $5-15 per hour starting, depending on your skill level.
