We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for booking meetings, making cold calls, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with potential and existing clients.
Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Prepare and send out
Assist in creating sales presentations and reports.
Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure timely responses and information flow.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
