Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and certified bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and submit financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures
- Provide support during the preparation of tax filings

Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation
- 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification required)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other accounting software
- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable]
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
