Need skilled video editor

Hey I need somebody who can make a video (vsl lead roghly 3-4 minutes long) as good as this one. Fitting footage, well edited, big subtitles and some animations.

Script and Voiceover from a spokesperson/ ai voiceover will be given to you, plus private stock footage of the doctor.

Must be high quality and professional and move within a reasonable amount of time.
