We have a YouTube channel with hundreds of videos most of which are barely getting a couple of hundred views.

We're looking for a YouTube growth specialist who has experience creating thumbnails and titles that improve click through rates of EXISTING videos to drive YouTube channel growth.

If this is you then please share screenshots of thumbnails you've created for specific videos and the results each of those thumbnails created for that video's click through rates.

Expertise in titles would also be welcome.
