Social Media Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies that resonate with the client’s audience and drive engagement across platforms.

Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.

Collaborate with the content creation team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

Participate in weekly growth meetings (via Zoom) with your team leader and account managers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably working with top Influencers, companies, or brands.

Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Ability to work on weekends/after hours if and when needed.

We took our first client from 6k followers to 58k in 4 months, reaching over 11 million unique accounts. We are preparing to launch our newest offer with our Social Media Streamline System to the world and expect an overflow of clients as we do. We help our clients save 95% of their time spent creating content while scaling their reach as high as 50x in the first 4 months. Our goal is to be the ONLY leading agency in the faith-based community specifically designed to help churches (as well as other creators, pastors, and brands) scale online and reach more people for Jesus. NO ONE is doing this, and whoever is on this team will be a part of something the world has never seen before. We want to manage thousands of clients throughout the world to reach over 1 million people a day for Jesus. With our new system, we can do it.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday full-time (US MST timezone)

Pay: $800-$1000 per month
FULLY Remote + semi-flexible schedule!
