We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in the home cleaning business space.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate cleaning staff.
- Hiring and onboarding cleaning personell
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with marketing and social media management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the home cleaning industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Booking Koala and Google Sheets experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
