With a strong year-over-year growth trajectory, we have embraced remote collaboration, particularly with teams in the Philippines, since our inception. Catering primarily to the Medical and Legal industries, our portfolio also includes a diverse range of clients who discover us or come through referrals. As we set our sights on tripling our revenue in the next 12 months, we are on the lookout for dedicated tea ---------- mbers to join us in this ambitious journey. We're looking for a remote Expert Web Designer to bring innovative ideas to life through compelling web designs and custom graphics.

Responsibilities
- Create distinctive logos that encapsulate the essence of brands.
- Develop website mockups, prototypes, and graphics using Figma, aligning with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Produce engaging website animations, including graphics and video files, to enhance user experience.
- Utilize the Adobe suite to create high-quality videos for various marketing campaigns.
- Design informative brochures and in-depth case studies that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Employ AI tools like Midjourney for cutting-edge video and graphic creation, exploring new possibilities in design automation.
- Apply conversion rate optimization principles to website page layouts, optimizing for user engagement and conversion.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
- Expertise in Figma for creating website mockups, prototypes, and graphics.
- Proficiency in creating animations and videos using the Adobe suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video and graphic creation, such as Midjourney.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and website layout best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working remotely with a distributed team.

Work Schedule & Holidays
- All of our tea ---------- mbers work a split shift so we can communicate on pertinent tasks or have tea ---------- etings as needed with the US leadership.
