Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho applications and will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage and optimize other Zoho One applications including Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.
- Design and implement solutions to streamline business processes and improve data management.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and provide effective Zoho solutions.
- Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers on Zoho applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Zoho platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Zoho Developer/Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Zoho workflows, custom modules, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training and supporting users on Zoho applications.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems, access control, and audiovisual integrations is a plus.
