Starting pay: $6 an hour + commission. Meeting standard criteria will guarantee an increase in salary within 12 months.

Responsibilities:

Source data based on predetermined criteria
Cold call real estate investors and qualify them as potential buyers
Engage with investors on social media
Grow the buyer’s list by at least 75 new investors every week
Qualifications:

English level - Native (Must)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience in call centers/on the phone
Availability to work 9am - 5pm EST
Good computer & fast WiFi connection
Quiet work environment
