Wordpress SEO Expert that can create Videos used for online marketing (long term 15-20 hrs/wk0

I need someone to update our existing company website (SEO, adding various plug-ins, modifying site where necessary), routinely upload blog posts to website & social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), create, edit, optimize & upload short marketing vids to YouTube, FaceBook, LinkedIn & website.

I am looking for some who has marketing experiences that cover these items and can work with us for 15-20 hours per week. I'm looking for someone to working with long term, and for the right person, this will likely become a 30-40 hr per week job. Must speak and write english very well, and you must have your own reliable video making/editing software and internet connection. The right candidate type "I'm a video expert" in the subject line.
