Executive Virtual Assistant for Luxury Wedding Saxophonist

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support the rebranding of a professional saxophonist’s Instagram profile and business to cater to luxury wedding clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in branding and marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and video editing.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to 5 wedding planners daily to introduce saxophone services
• Document outreach performed and perform follow-ups
• Post Instagram stories regularly (3 times a day)
• Like and comment on posts from wedding planners
• Track performance metrics on likes, comments, and shares
• Post Instagram reels once a day
• Edit and enhance videos for social media
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages
• Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
• Assist in refining and developing the brand voice and aesthetic

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar branding/marketing role
• Proven track record in social media management, particularly Instagram
• Strong video editing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with luxury brands or wedding industry preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media SEO
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical skills to interpret metrics and provide insights
