This is a client-facing position requiring professional written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
The Harbert Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Bilingual Transaction Coordinator & Inside Sales Agent to support our rapidly growing real estate business throughout Texas.
This hybrid role combines transaction management with lead follow-up and appointment setting. You will play a critical role in helping clients through the transaction process while assisting our sales team by communicating with leads, prospects, buyers, sellers, investors, and agents.
Position Information
• Full-Time Remote
• 35–50 Hours Per Week
• Schedule: United States (Central Time)
• Bilingual: English & Spanish Required
Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to close
• Review contracts, disclosures, and supporting documents for completeness
• Track deadlines, contingencies, and critical milestones
• Coordinate communication between clients, title companies, lenders, agents, and vendors
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met
• Organize and maintain transaction files
• Obtain signatures and required documentation
• Update transaction records and CRM systems
• Resolve transaction issues efficiently and professionally
ISA (Inside Sales Agent) Responsibilities
• Call, text, and follow up with leads in English and Spanish
• Qualify buyers, sellers, investors, and prospects
• Schedule appointments for agents
• Maintain detailed CRM records and notes
• Follow lead follow-up processes and scripts
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
• Re-engage dormant leads and nurture prospects
• Assist with database management and pipeline organization

Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong professional communication skills
• Previous real estate transaction coordination experience preferred
• Previous ISA, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working with CRMs and technology
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
