JOB OVERVIEW

The Harbert Real Estate Group is growing rapidly and searching for a CRM & Workflow Automation Specialist to help streamline operations and improve efficiency across our business.

We need someone who enjoys building organized systems, automating repetitive tasks, and improving operational workflows.

Position Information
• Remote Full-Time Role
• 35–50 Hours Weekly
• US Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST


Responsibilities
• Set up and optimize CRM systems
• Organize and clean contact databases
• Create automation workflows and task triggers
• Build follow-up systems and campaign automations
• Assist with lead routing and lead management workflows
• Create operational SOPs and process documentation
• Improve workflow efficiency using AI tools
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
