Video producer

Im looking for a video producer with background and experience in video production.

I run a youtube channel about maritime stories. The channel has over 135k subscribers and does between 1.5mil and 2mil views a month.

I am building out a team to help me produce more videos and manage the production process.

As a video producer it will be your job to Coordinate:
-Story ideas
-Titles
-Thumbnails
-Products for the story
-Exports and uploads to main channel/shorts and language channels
-Interviews for stories
-The production process from script to upload

There will be other things that come up.

You must have experience in media production. Social media management is a bonus but you must know video production.
