Urgently Hiring: Social Media Manager for Pryzma

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join Pryzma! You'll create and manage social media strategies that help our clients shine. Your tasks will include making awesome content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to keep things on track.

Responsibilities:

Develop and run social media strategies.
Create fun and engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Keep an eye on our social media channels, responding to comments and messages quickly.
Plan and schedule monthly & quarterly content.
Analyze how well posts are doing and report back with ideas to improve.
Stay in the loop on the latest trends and platform updates.
Work with our team to make sure social media fits into our overall marketing game plan.
Tweak strategies as needed based on platform changes.

Requirements:

Know all the ins and outs of social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
Proven success in running social media campaigns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate well with others.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, especially Photoshop and Adobe Express.

Details:

Pay based on experience.
Benefits after 90 days: birthday leave, 8 Philippines holidays, and 13th-month pay.
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, EST (7:00 am - 4:00 pm).
Remote work with a backup power source required.
