Senior Sales Representative

Location: Cavite

Working Hours: 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time (9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday)

Compensation: $520/month ($3 per hour) + 2% Sales Commission (Potential Total: $720/month)


Key Responsibilities:
- Closing Sales: Utilize your expertise to effectively close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients, engaging them and presenting our products/services.


What We Offer:

Base Salary: $520 per month
Sales Commission: 2% of sales, with an average closing sale of $20,000, equating to an additional $400 per sale.
Total Potential Compensation: $920 per month
Flexible Hybrid Work Environment: Work from home and our office in Cavite.


Requirements:
- Must be based in or near Cavite.
- Ability to work night shifts (12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time).
- Must use time tracking tool (TimeDoctor)
- Proven experience in closing sales.
- Strong skills in cold outreach and cold calling.
