Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, support, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions. Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Superior Fence and Rail’s quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly.

Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Promote a culture of safety on all job sites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
