Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy Development: Craft and implement digital marketing strategies to elevate our real estate investment brand's presence across diverse social media platforms
• Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to the real estate investment sector, including graphics, written copy, and videos.
• Content Management: Oversee social media content calendars to maintain a consistent, relevant, and timely flow of content.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on social media campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate investment industry to keep strategies current and competitive.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with tea
• Video Production: Produce and edit compelling videos for online platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect our brand and engage our audience.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with online communities to build relationships, foster brand loyalty, and enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and content creation.
• Proficient in using AI to include ChatGPT and other platforms for editing and content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret digital campaign data.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
