Short Form Video Editor

I need a full time video editor that...

1. Understands 'Hooks' and 'Value'.

Hook: What makes a viewer stop scrolling and provoke interest.
Value: What makes a person watch to the end, and after say: "I'm glad I watched that".

2. Spot 'clippable' ---------- nts

You will be taking long form footage, and creating short form content. I need someone who can choose valuable ---------- nts for the videos that our ideal client would find valuable.

Our avatar is women, aged 28-65, registered nurses who are looking to lose weight and sustain it forever.

3. Are Consistent and Reliable.

I'm not looking for people who only work when they need money. I want someone to join my team and have a consistent flow of works for months and years to come.
