Sales Rep - Earn 100,000p+/month

About Us:
Virtual Legal Staffing specializes in connecting law firms with pre-screened, highly skilled
remote legal assistants. Our mission is to improve the efficiency of law firms, while
reducing significant expenses.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to promote awareness of our company, convince
clients on the importance of remote staff, understanding their needs, qualify leads,
and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales, to refine messaging and improve the best
methods for the company to expand at a healthy rate.
- Document all forms of communication with leads via our CRM and provide regular
reports on progress and success rates.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year sales experience. Cold calling experience highly valued.
- At least 3 months of customer service experience is a plus.
- At least 35 mbps ISP speed and an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Must have a decent headset and be in a quiet environment.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills managing multiple
leads and follow-up activities.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
