Recruitment Specialist (Full time and Part time)

We're seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with us directly. In this role, you'll be working with a high-energy team whose job is to continuously process end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding a high volume of candidates within a short period of time. You will also design job descriptions, utilize hiring platforms, process referrals, and do admin work to name a few.

You will assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality sourcing and hiring processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to the overall experience of our applicants.

Boxes to check
-5+ years of relevant work experience with end-to-end sourcing and recruitment
-Demonstrated strong experience in utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, OnlineJobs, and other recruiting platforms
-Ability to summarize and present data in a meaningful way
-Demonstrate broad communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner
-Ability to work both independently and in close conjunction with others
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal input from superiors
-Capacity and willingness to learn quickly and independently
-Must have at least 50 mbps fiber internet connection, backup connection, and can type at least 35 words per minute

About the role
-Full-time position at $7/hr, working 40 hours per week
