The Role:
As a Rust Engineer at Glarglar Inc., you’ll dive into the heart of our flagship product, Glarglar VM. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to push the boundaries of what's possible in virtual machine and distributed computing. You will focus on the research and development of this pioneering product, utilizing your expertise in Rust and LLVM to build robust, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Develop Core Components: Design and implement the core architecture of Glarglar VM using Rust, C++, and LLVM.
Optimize Performance: Enhance VM functionality through performance tuning and optimization of LLVM components.
Innovate Distributed Computing: Develop features that enable scalable and efficient distributed computing operations.
Extend Solana SBF: Work on our customized fork of Solana SBF, adapting it for non-blockchain applications.
Code Quality: Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.
Document: Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and user understanding.
Learn and Apply: Continuously update your knowledge and apply best practices in systems programming, security, and performance optimization.

What We’re Looking For:
Programming Excellence: Proficiency in Rust and a passion for systems programming.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of eBPF and experience with LLVM and virtual machine development.
Innovative Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn and innovate.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Skills: Experience with low-level programming languages such as C/C++.
Performance Insight: Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
Cloud Savvy: Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure.
Open Source Contributions: A track record of contributions to open-source projects.
