Technical Ability: you should know how to use Blender, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Lightroom and Photoshop.

Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to understand what we want and give updates on your progress.

Experience in Real Estate Staging: You should have a portfolio showing your work in staging homes with different styles and room types.

Attention to Detail: You need to make sure the final images look real and attractive.

Time Management and Reliability: You must manage your time well and meet deadlines. We need the final images 24 hours after you get the job.

Appropriate Equipment and High-Speed Internet Connection: You need to handle large files and communicate efficiently. We can help with this if needed.

Willingness to Improve: You should want to grow and improve your skills.

Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time job, so you should not have any other job or clients.
