Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Expert to join our Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline our operations and enhance productivity.

Your expertise in using various automation tools and platforms will be crucial in optimizing our workflows and ensuring seamless integration across different systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and Develop Automation Solutions:
* Create and implement automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Go High Level (GHL), and Google Sheets.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to automate repetitive tasks.

System Integration:

* Integrate various software applications and platforms to create cohesive and efficient workflows.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

* Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows to ensure they are functioning correctly.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the automation processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

* Work closely with different teams within the agency to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Communicate technical concepts and automation benefits to non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

* Document automation processes and workflows for future reference and training purposes.
* Generate reports on automation performance and impact on business operations.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, GHL, and Google Sheets.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of other automation tools and platforms is a plus.
