6. Managed social media
7. Good conversant english and does not fear talking on the phone with prospects
8. Can handle customer service

The VA is required to do following:
1. Do lead generation for a consulting program via facebook
2. Help conduct online research for blogs, trends, content ideas
3. Manage social media
4. Do project management for mini projects
