Software Engineer

I'd like to find someone who has the skills to connect OpenAI's GPT to a UI interface. Specifically, I want to build a simple website page. On this page, users will enter questions, and OpenAI's GPT 3.5, 4 or 4o will respond. Later on, I'd like to train my GPT with my own materials for more accurate responses.

1). The specific steps you'll take to accomplish this
2). The amount of hours it would require you to put together a simple prototype

I'd like this to be a project that I start and improve, but for this particular prototype, I just want an estimate.
