**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic AI + Automation / GoHighLevel / No Code Developer & Business Automation Specialist to join our team as a Backend Systems Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing all our business systems, ensuring we operate at peak efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Systems Management:**
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automation workflows using AI and No Code platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of various business systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Regularly review and update system processes to align with business goals.
- **GoHighLevel Expertise:**
- Develop and manage GoHighLevel SaaS solutions, including webinar funnels, sales funnels, and lead generation workflows.
- Configure sales pipelines and support email marketing setup within the GoHighLevel platform.
- Assist with A2P verification and compliance to ensure all communications are compliant with industry standards.
- **Business Automation:**
- Implement and manage business automation tools to streamline operations.
- Design and deploy automation workflows for lead generation, customer nurturing, and sales processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve automation processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Ads Management:**
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Optimize ad performance to ensure the highest ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
- **Lead Generation & CRM Optimization:**
- Understand and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Organize and optimize CRMs to ensure efficient lead management and nurturing.
- Regularly update CRM data to reflect current business operations and lead statuses.
- **Technical Support:**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all backend systems.
- Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and no-code development.
- **Project Management:**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all projects and processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in SaaS development using GoHighLevel.
- Strong skills in marketing automation and workflow creation.
- Expertise in building and designing funnel ecosystems.
- Familiarity with A2P verification and compliance processes.
- Experience in setting up and managing email marketing systems.
- Experience with Google and Facebook ads management.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and CRM optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or case studies of similar projects is highly desirable.

**Requirements:**

- Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time.
- Must be self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems.
- Must be willing to learn and improve skills outside of work hours.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Experience in sales, hosting, customer service, or executive support is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking talents.
- Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps with a backup connection (preferably in a major city).
- Acquaintance with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Flexibility in a changing environment and the ability to juggle diverse tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education or certifications being an added advantage.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 55,490.41 PHP - 66,863.02 PHP/ month (Paid hour Lunch) + 5% commission of NET closing profit from team’s booked appointments / Deals Generated
