JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a dedicated Virtual Assistant “Wholesale Admin” (20-30 hours per week) with experience in skip tracing, cold calling, negotiation, and customer advocacy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying motivated sellers, conducting outreach, and closing deals.

TASKS:
Skip Tracing: Research and gather accurate contact information for potential sellers from provided lists.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential sellers to identify their interest in selling their property.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and offers with sellers to secure favorable deals.
Closing Deals: Finalize agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Customer Advocacy: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing support and ensuring a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Speak & write in fluent English.
Power dialer
Experience with skip tracing tools and techniques.
Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience using communication tools like Slack.
Comfortable working with CRM software “GoHighLevel” and maintaining detailed records.
