My name is Darren Tsai. I am a real estate professional in California looking to expand my business and reach more clients with a real estate appointment setter. I am looking to add someone that can grow and become a manager of my outbound sales team.

Experience:
Must have experience with Calltools
We will train
Pay will vary on experience.

Hours of work:
Starting as part time work with potential to grow into more hours.
Calling 15 hours a week + 5 hours a week of training and database management.

If you have experience with Calltools and Lofty (formerly Chime), this is preferred but not necessary. We can train on this.

What You will Do:
Call home owners and see how we can provide service
Find out what scenario's they would want to sell their house.
Write down and take detailed notes in the CRM

What we are looking for:
Good listening skills and a friendly voice and tone.
Ability to listen carefully and understand what people say.
Basic computer skills to type notes.
Stable Internet
Positive attitude
