Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Producer to join our team. As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for editing our podcast episodes, creating engaging content for social media, and distributing the podcast through various channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reach of our podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit podcast episodes into long-form and short-form versions.
Create clips from podcast episodes for social media platforms.
Distribute podcast episodes on various platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure high-quality production of audio and video content.
Collaborate with the host to ensure the podcast's vision and goals are met.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality of final videos, distribution reach, and viewership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for podcast production and distribution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Quality of the final audio and video content.
Amount and effectiveness of content distribution.
Growth in podcast viewership and engagement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in podcast production and editing.
Proficiency in audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Audacity).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content distribution.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in marketing and content creation.
