Virtual Assistant for Shopify Product Listing and Optimization

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify product listings and optimization efforts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our online store’s visual appeal and functionality, ensuring that our products are presented attractively and that listings are optimized for search engines and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Use Google Sheets to see my product list

- Use Kopy to import Shopify Products from the list

- Use Chat GPT 4o to translate product descriptions into Kopy

- Use Shopify Products to insert images

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with experience in e-commerce, specifically Shopify.

Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in SEO practices and online marketing tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
