Position: Plumbing Sales Specialist

Summary: The Salesperson is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Aqua Inc.'s plumbing services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate Aqua Inc.'s services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Aqua Inc.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a reliable computer and headset for the job (not provided by company).

Location: Work from home.
Work Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time
