We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automation Specialist Virtual Assistant with a background in engineering or coding.

Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with an engineering major or a strong coding background who is willing to work as an Automation Specialist Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and skills to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and support our legal operations, as well as help develop our AI projects using LangChain and n8n.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes.
- Create scripts and programs to automate routine tasks.
- Integrate various software and tools to improve data management and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated systems.
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify opportunities for automation.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new automated systems.
- Assist in developing AI projects using LangChain and n8n.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with automation tools such as Zapier or similar software.
- Coding experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs, software integrations, and JSON.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- No AI experience is required. I will teach you how to use AI, which is the MOST important job skill today. AI will be a substantial part of your role.

Qualifications:
- Major in Engineering or a strong background in coding.
- Previous experience in a technical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software.
