Full-Time WEB DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As a web development manager, you will oversee all aspects of our web projects, from design to deployment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the highest performance, security, and user experience standards. The successful candidate will excel in guiding the team, managing resources effectively, and driving the technological direction of our web initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage web development projects, from concept to completion.
-Supervise the team with their day-to-day tasks and foster a collaborative environment.
-Oversee the implementation of technical frameworks and best practices.
-Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our web projects cutting-edge.
-Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance optimization.
-Develop and enforce testing protocols to ensure reliable, bug-free releases.
-Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
-Coordinate with other departments to align web projects with overall business goals.
-Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications And Skills
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
-Extensive experience in web development, with a strong technical background
-Proven experience as a web development manager or in a similar leadership role.
-Expertise in modern web development frameworks (esp. Elementor) and libraries
-Proficiency in database management and version control systems
-Strong organizational and leadership skills
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Basic Requirements
-Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
-Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
-Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages

Work Details
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
-Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
