Accounting Assistant

This is a temporary PT-FT position, but could be come permanent PT

I am looking for someone capable of reconciling, data entry, and general clean up of my books. I have been trying to do this for my business by myself for too long and have fallen behind.

Exceptional knowledge of QuickBooks required, knowledge of multiple currency features and e-commerce integrations is a very highly valued asset. Basic understanding of international employment and Canadian taxes is also an asset,

* data entry
* journal reconciliation
* bank reconciliation
* account clean up
* advise on best practice for Filipino Pay
* advise on international currencies.

Completion Bonus given if done in under 6 weeks.
