Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Instagram Content Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our Instagram content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding content on TikTok , organizing it into Dropbox folders, and editing a portion of the content with advertising offers using CapCut or similar editing software. This is a daily task requiring consistent attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Find and curate 44 pieces of content daily from a specified TikTok account.
Organize the content into clearly labeled Dropbox folders.
Edit 15 out of the 44 pieces with advertising offers using CapCut or similar editing software.
Ensure high-quality edits that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Maintain a daily workflow and meet content deadlines consistently.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CapCut or other video editing software.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable internet connection and availability to perform daily tasks.
Basic understanding of Instagram content and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing social media content, especially on Instagram.
Creative mindset with the ability to make engaging and visually appealing edits.
Familiarity with Dropbox and other cloud storage solutions.
