Affiliate Conversion Tracking

I'd like to get a conversion pixel set up using Clickbank's integrated sales reporting and a third party RTB platform. I have the pixel already but need someone who has experience using CB's integrated sales reporting so that the pixel params are structured correctly.

Let me know if you've done this before.
