Responsibilities:
• YouTube Ad Creation: Develop engaging and high-converting YouTube ads.
• Video Editing: Edit interview videos and other multimedia content to ensure a polished, professional final product.
• Thumbnail & Social Media Design: Create compelling thumbnails and social media graphics to increase click-through rates.
• Social Media Video Editing: Edit videos specifically for social media platforms, optimizing for best practices on each platform.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement ad strategies.
• Analytics: Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Affiliate Program Participation: Participate in our affiliate program, with the opportunity to earn bonus pay based on the performance of your ads.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating high-performing YouTube ads.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms and their specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
• Willingness to become a free affiliate with the company to generate bonus performance income.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with creating ad campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
