Linkedin Marketing - Driving traffic an event

I need someone to market this course for me...

I have 9000 peole on a database called ulinc
I have a database on Close CRM as well


Here is what I need to promote

CI need the following

1. A strategy on how and where to advertise this event in Sydney- Linkedin, Facebook, Eventbrite?
2. An email funnell to send out some emails to my existing list and then do some follow ups
3. Help putting together the scripts in additionn to the logistoics using close crm
4. I have linkedin sales navigator - Maybe we can create a new list aswell
