Facebook Ads Specialist

We are looking for a Facebook Ads specialist to join our growing global team for full-time employment
Your tasks will include and not be limited to:-
- Manage Meta Ad accounts of our clients.
- Design and implement Facebook advertising campaigns that align with client goals and budgets.
- Conduct thorough target audience research to ensure ad campaigns reach their intended audiences effectively.
- Monitor and adjust budgets and bids in Facebook Ads Manager to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze ad campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, including analysis and recommendations for future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Provide strategic advice about clients on how to best leverage Facebook advertising to meet their business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Speak fluent English
- Your own 64-bit computer
- Must be able to handle atleast 10 ad accounts at the same time
- Must be self motivated and result-driven. You will have the chance to be promoted to a full-time position and a manager position in the Agency as we scale.
