We are a Boutique Property Management company looking to hire an experienced STR property manager who is organized, attentive to details, and carries a positive attitude. Some who takes pride in their work and is committed to their work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Independent Professional customer service skills
Tenant screening/background checks
Bookkeeping
Vendor/guest/tenant coordination
Navigate via multiple platforms with ease
Manage all renovation/projects
accounts receivable
Reconciliations from banks/invoices/receipts
Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency must include Excel, Google Sheets, outlook, and more

PLUS: if experience in Buildium (PM system)
