== THE POSITION ==

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods within the organization. You will be responsible for the entire logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. This is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!


-> Requirements:
• Experience working as a Logistics Coordinator/Assistant or similar role is required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is required.
• Experience with Google Suites is required.
• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Planning and scheduling shipments based on customer requirements and inventory levels.
• Communicating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
• Tracking shipments, resolving any issues or delays, and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
• Analyzing logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies related to logistics operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to streamline operations and meet customer demands.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the supply chain.
