Sales Consultant

OCSC Global, a renowned visa and immigration consultancy with over 33 years of experience, operates offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the United States. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Arrange and conduct consultations in-person or via video calls with prospective clients.
- Follow up diligently with potential prospects to convert leads.
- Evaluate and advise clients on eligibility, costs, timelines, and visa options.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration laws and regulations.
- Provide regular updates and follow-up services to clients before and after-sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving their concerns swiftly.
- Prepare weekly performance reports for tracking and appraisal.
- Foster strong working relationships with the documentation team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Preferred experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- No prior immigration experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
