As a Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing support in tax compliance regulatory requirements and/or processes (i.e. validation of tax claims, preparation of tax credit forms, quarterly tax submissions, etc.) as well as other tasks that involves organization financial documents.
Following are the detailed functions and responsibilities:
• Assistance in the preparation & validation of alpha list for all entities.
• Assistance in documents vouching (Input VAT Claim) for all entities
• Preparation of Withholding Tax Certificate (BIR Form 2307) for drivers, peers and vendors (Semi-automated)
• Vouching and claiming of Creditable Withhold Tax certificates (BIR Form 2307) from customers
• Provide supporting documentation for audits, i.e. pull out, photocopy specially for tax audits
• Assist with month end closing (i.e. report extraction & massaging for Local Finance use)
• File and organize paid invoices, official receipts and other documents
• Supplier Payment Voucher Filing
• Vendor Check releasing
• Other finance/admin tasks.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Willing to report onsite upon request
This is 3-months contract project only.
